All our products are made at our shop here in Floradale, Ontario. We use sustainably sourced materials and recyclable packaging.
We work hard to ship within 2-3 weeks. Our commercial furniture is made to order, so we get started as soon as you put in your order.
If your order hasn't arrived after four weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Products under warranty should be handled with care. We offer a 10 Year warranty on all products.
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
