Daycare Changing Tables and Changing Stations

A changing station is used more times a day than any other piece of furniture in a childcare centre, by staff who are already lifting children constantly. That is the problem worth designing around, and it is what these are built for.

Stairs, so nobody is doing the lifting

The Changing Station with Stairs has a set of steps a toddler climbs themselves. Over a day that removes dozens of lifts from an educator's back; over a career it removes a great many more. It also gives the child something to do rather than something done to them, which makes the whole routine go faster. If your room does not have space for stairs, the standalone station covers the same ground without them.

Everything within arm's reach

An educator should never have to turn away from a child on a changing surface. Storage sits where a hand can reach it without the other hand leaving the child, and the wall-mounted storage unit puts supplies at adult height directly above the station.

Cleaned several times a day, for years

Surfaces are sealed to take repeated disinfecting without clouding, lifting or going tacky — the way most consumer finishes fail inside a year. Solid Baltic birch, low-VOC child-safe finishes, rounded edges, and a lifetime warranty. Made in Moorefield, Ontario.
